- Raw Material Preparation: Selecting suitable metal materials, such as iron or steel, and processing them through crushing, screening, and washing.
- Melting: The prepared metal materials are melted in a furnace until they reach the required temperature to become molten steel.
- Forming: Utilizing centrifugal forming technology, the molten metal is spun in a high-speed centrifugal machine, where the centrifugal force causes it to be flung out and rapidly cooled in the air, forming into granular metal abrasives.
- Cooling and Solidification: After forming, the metal abrasives undergo a cooling and solidification process to harden and achieve the desired shape and structure.
- Screening and Packaging: The cooled and solidified metal abrasives are screened to remove any particles that do not meet specifications, followed by packaging and storage according to regulatory requirements.
